Activity Details
Please bring with you the provided confirmation number (located on the voucher e-mailed to you after online purchase) and a valid drivers license for verification. Xtreme H2o of FWB is located at 169 Brooks Street SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
Check-In Instructions:
● Location: 169 Brooks Street SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548
● Arrival Time: Arrive at least 45 minutes early to leave time for parking, check-in, and instructions.
●Bring: Your confirmation number (from your email) and a valid ID for verification.
●Parking:
-Customer Parking is available at 169 Brooks Street SE for up to 1 vehicle per reservation on a first come, first serve basis. On high-volume days, we recommend carpooling as space is limited.
-Additional vehicles:
Duration: 1- 1.5 hours total trip
Inclusions:
● 8-10 minutes of flight time
● Scenic boat cruise
Exclusions:
● Gratuities (optional but appreciated)
Restrictions:
● Ages 16+ can parasail alone (with parent/legal guardian signature).
● Ages 6-15 can fly but must be accompanied on the boat by a paying adult.
● Children 3 and younger cannot ride on the boat.
Health & Safety:
● Not permitted for pregnant guests or those with neck/back injuries.
● Maximum 15 passengers per boat.
Additional Information:
● Up to 3 flyers per flight (No solo flights)
● Total flight weight must be between 90-450lbs.
● Takeoff & landing is from the back of the boat with motorized equipment
● You may get wet- dress accordingly.
● Recommended: Camera, sunscreen, small towel.
● Handicap Accessible: Let us know in advance if you need assistance.
● Weather Policy: If wind or weather is unfavorable, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather is unfavorable, the session may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
