- Minimum of 6 paying passengers required to depart. If the minimum is not met, you will be contacted to reschedule or receive a refund.
- Large parties (15+ guests) should book at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- No pets, service animals, or comfort animals permitted on board.
- The tour boat has a maximum capacity of 28 passengers.
- Passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol.
- Glass items are not allowed on board for safety reasons.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund. No refunds or changes can be made to a reservation that is purchased within 24 hours of the departure time. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather or waves are unfavorable, the trip may be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
